The homes will also achieve a strong 7-star energy rating, helping residents stay comfortable while using less energy for heating and cooling. This can help reduce household energy costs while also supporting more sustainable living.

The development will also include landscaped communal areas, supporting a welcoming and connected neighbourhood.

The development is part of Homes Tasmania’s ongoing work to deliver more medium-density housing in well-connected locations, making better use of available land while creating modern, affordable homes for Tasmanians.
