This included 2 049 units of social housing and supported accommodation, 882 affordable rentals, 884 affordable home purchases, 411 affordable lots of land and 119 units of crisis accommodation.

There were eight social housing homes delivered in March, including six two-bedroom units completed by Podmatrix in Shorewell Park.

These units used modular construction, a type of housing build that allows us to deliver new social housing faster and get Tasmanians into homes sooner.

Homes Tasmania is working hard to deliver more homes, faster for Tasmanians, with 641 projects in our construction pipeline and 5 014 homes and lots of land in the concept phase.
