Housing Australia Future Fund (HAFF)

Tasmania is increasing its social and affordable housing under HAFF Rounds 1 and 2.

Coraki Street, Chigwell

Homes Tasmania has received approval from the Glenorchy City Council to build 23 new units at this site. Construction commenced in November 2025 with completion expected in late 2026.
