A new subdivision is under construction in Rocherlea to deliver 87 new social and affordable housing lots in 2024.
Homes Tasmania is increasing social and affordable housing and releasing land for residential development.
More than 70 of the new lots will be available for affordable home purchase, including through the MyHome shared equity program.

Location
38-50 Lilydale Road, Rocherlea, is an approximately 7.8 ha site that was transferred from the Department for Education, Children and Young People in 2020.
