A new subdivision in Rocherlea has delivered 87 lots of land for new social and affordable housing developments. These lots are expected to be available for sale in the second half of 2024.
Homes Tasmania is increasing social and affordable housing and releasing land for residential development.
More than 70 of the new lots will be available for affordable home purchase, including through the MyHome shared equity program.

Location
38-50 Lilydale Road, Rocherlea, is an approximately 7.8 ha site that was transferred from the Department for Education, Children and Young People in 2020.
