A new subdivision is being planned for Ravenswood.
The 12.6 ha site is on land at 50 Wildor Crescent, Ravenswood. The land was transferred to Homes Tasmania from the Department of Natural Resources and Environment Tasmania in June 2023 under a Housing Land Supply Order.
The site has the capacity to deliver about 100 lots of land.
Homes Tasmania is examining options for this site to ensure we can make the best use of the land and deliver the most appropriate development.

About 85 per cent of lots in new subdivisions are made available for private purchase, including through the MyHome shared equity program.
