Stage 1 will deliver about 210 residential lots of land for open market sale and social and affordable housing opportunities, as well as the commercial business zone.
Construction of the first 33 residential lots in Stage 1 will be completed shortly and released to the market for sale in late 2025.
Stage 1 works included the construction and installation of all essential housing infrastructure for the entire subdivision, such as water and sewerage, electricity, and telecommunications connections.
To support Stage 1, a new roundabout has been built on the Channel Highway to provide an easier and safer entry into the subdivision.
