Stage 1 will deliver about 210 residential lots of land for open market sale and social and affordable housing opportunities, as well as the commercial business zone.
The first 33 residential lots in Stage 1 were released for sale in December 2025 with another 10 lots released for sale in June 2026.
Further lots of land will be progressively released for sale as construction continues across the site.

Stage 1 works include the construction and installation of all essential housing infrastructure for the entire subdivision, such as water and sewerage, electricity, and telecommunications connections.
To support Stage 1, a new roundabout was built on the Channel Highway to provide an easier and safer entry into the subdivision.
