The Huntingfield subdivision is a large and complex development that is being delivered in stages.
Stage 1 includes the construction and installation of all essential housing infrastructure for the subdivision, such as water and sewerage, electricity, and telecommunications connections.
It will also deliver about 210 residential lots of land for social and affordable housing opportunities.
To support Stage 1, construction of a new roundabout on the Channel Highway was completed in February 2024, to provide an easier and safer entry into the subdivision.
The first 30 residential lots in Stage 1 are under construction and are due for completion by early 2025.
