The Dashboard reports on Homes Tasmania’s performance, including the delivery of our commitments under the Tasmanian Housing Strategy Action Plan 2023–2027.

Performance snapshot

As at the end of May 2026, we have completed 4 929 homes and lots of land as part of the Tasmanian Government’s commitment of 10 000 social and affordable homes by 2032, with an additional 5 071 in the pipeline.

The following shows the breakdown of the completed homes and lots of land we have delivered:

• 119 crisis units
• 2 218 units of social housing and supported accommodation
• 1 153 affordable rentals
• 1 276 affordable home purchases
• 163 affordable residential lots
