The Right to Information Act 2009 gives members of the public the right to obtain information held by public authorities about the operations of Government. For the purpose of the Act, Homes Tasmania is a public authority.
Right to Information (RTI) decisions considered to be in the public interest will be published. Information of a personal, commercial or confidential nature will not be published.
