Family violence rapid rehousing
Rapid Rehousing provides housing assistance to people escaping family violence.
It provides transitional accommodation at subsidised rent.
Rapid Rehousing provides safe and affordable housing to vulnerable people while they transition to independent living.
It is delivered in partnership between Homes Tasmania and Centacare Evolve Housing, a registered and experienced statewide property manager.

Expression of Interest (EoI)
Homes Tasmania is increasing the number of homes in the program by up to 100 additional properties.
An EoI from property owners is now open.
Property owners who would like to be part of the expanded program by supplying properties that are close to major urban centres, transport services and amenities are invited to participate.
