Bowick Street has capacity for 36 residential lots. Lots went to market for sale in June 2022.
Hales Street has capacity for 31 residential lots. Infrastructure construction started in February 2022.
Lots went to market for sale in June 2023.
Kentish Drive, Shorewell Park has capacity for 49 residential lots. Construction in Kentish Drive commenced in December 2021.
